Happy with life?

A simple question. Are you happy with your life and where you are at this stage of your life now?

Most people when asked about this question would say “No” and are just living for a “mere existence” wishing your life could be better but not knowing how to improve it.

Maria Duval tells me that major reason for bringing happiness is our mindset, which manifests what we are. Hence, if you want to change your life, the first thing you must do is to change your mind. You must also take action to create momentum

First of all, there is one good way of knowing why you have been attracting what you dislike in your life. Start to look at your own life, like life-style, habits and routine. For example, if you can start a personal exercise regime to tone up yourself so that you feel better.

To be happy, we need to be proactive to change our status of life. Simply waiting down there for changes is hoping for money to drop from the sky while you are sleeping, as it won’t happen!

Yeah, no more wishful thinking without putting in any actions. Read, ask people, get help. Remember the old saying “ God helps those who help themselves”?

Maria Duval adds that taking responsibility is important too as to achieve success in your life, you cannot continue blaming others. If you want to be a winner, you have to agree that it is you who attracted the things to your life.

Let me repeat. It is us who created the thoughts, feelings and made the choices to be where we are today!

Release your hatred

I know what hatred is, and I discovered that if I hate, I am the one who feels bad. And making others to feel bad wouldn’t heal me. The only way out is to forgive in order to heal.

When you forgive and step aside and put some distance from those who hurt you, you may realize that at some point you feel sorry for those who hurt, because they are not happy either for they hate and hurt too.

Forgiveness sets you free from hatred. Unless you enjoy being unhappy, I might advise to forgive. Why not starting to forgive yourself for hurting yourself so much with hatred?

Hope someone who is reading this is able to get the message I am trying to pass to her. Yes, it is tough to hold hatred in you. Release it and be free…

Motivation for success

Who does not want success. It is really not an easy thing. A lot of effort needs to be devoted. Obstacles come and go in the path to success. True success completes your life. In such a situation, goals are your guiding lights while motivation is your gas level.

Motivation is, you naturally want to do your tasks. Positive motivation self improves your quality, while bad motivations may push you into crimes. If you are motivated, you like to do something so it’s much easier for you to do it. You don’t need other people to push you.

Motivation helps you keep doing what you need to do. Even if you can get yourself started, there are a lot of obstacles along the way that could stop you. Without motivation, it’s easy to give up when you meet those obstacles. You need motivation to keep moving forward when the situation is difficult.

As you can see, motivation is important for success. You need motivation at the beginning, at the middle, and at the end of your way to success. In fact, motivation can make the difference between being a winner and a loser in life.

One of the most important things you can do for yourself is to figure out exactly what success means to you. Many times people will work hard to achieve something they thought was success only to feel empty once they achieved it.

Focus on what will make you happy. Realize that what we really want in life isn’t anything material. What we all really want in life are feelings. If success to you means becoming a millionaire for example, you must ask yourself why you want to be a millionaire. Power? Respect? Freedom?

Realize that everything we do, we do to get a certain feeling. It could be freedom, love, connection, power, etc. Think about your goals and what you want to achieve and more importantly, why you want to achieve them. If your answer isn’t an emotionally based one, you need to dig deeper and find out the true reason. If you find that it’s anything other than what you truly want, that certain feeling, you will need to rethink your goals.

So, at this point, ask yourself, what does success truly mean to you? Becoming a millionaire? Owning a yacht? Doing what you love? Having the ability to spend time with your kids? Having the perfect body?

The answer to this question will be different for each person and the key to success and happiness can only be found in your own hand.

I am glad that I spent some time to help out a friend who is suffering from depression and anxiety. After helping her to move out of the dark shadows, I just burst into tears of joy. I am scared of depression, which to me, is a real slow and silent mind killer that will devour a person’s spiritual energy.

It all started for her when she allowed herself to fell into the mindless pit of self denigration when she sort of realized that she had nothing in life as compared to many of her so-called “friends”. Soon, she was shunned and ostracized, and being a lady who needed a lot of human attention, the pressure was just too big and she crumbled unless her own high expectations.

Over the months she had felt alone, worthless, and unhappy. She felt she’d nothing despite doing her best to gain affection. When I talked to her, she appeared heavily deprived of life and she hid herself in her room all day. I feel very bad for myself as I had not bothered to contact her these few years. It’s only when I met her mom in the street recently that I got to know her plight. I am so miserable that there really is no way to explain it.

Any kind of advice or reading or anything really, would be extremely appreciated.

The sound of water

I’m a big fan of not just the sound of water, but also the look. The constant motion is so soothing to me. I have a tiny water fountain in my room. I love it. I live in a region within less than two hour’s drive of a beautiful waterfall. The roar they make is amazing.

I also love rain, the rhythmic pattering it makes on my roof. It can look pretty cool too. I love the sensory experience of water. Even getting wet can be enjoyable when you surrender to it.

I feel that water is the most important element in our universe. It represents harmony since most of materials on earth has water element in it.

Maria duval mentions that in order to apply the law of attraction, we need to feel good at the moment NOW. I recently found out that the sound of water really made me feel good. Whether it’s the sound of water fountain in my room or the splashing sound of the waterfall, the sound of water calms me down and help me establish connections with my inner SELF. It’s just that amazing!

Yeah, in short, water is very calming and soothing – try water therapy if you are really stressed up.
