Positive energy and negative energy; what it means spiritually

February 4, 2007

In spiritual realms and dimensions, there are positive energies and negative energies. One mean from the bright side while the other one means from the darker side. It’s just like the Chinese concept of yin and yang, or dark and bright respectively.

All negative energies can make you feel trapped, heavy and breathless. All positive energies makes you feel free, light and boundless. It is important to know that energy attracts more energy of the same kind. Positive emotions attract more positive emotions whereas negative emotions attract more negative emotions. Feeling positive will result in more good things happening to you. Feeling negative will lead to more undesirable things happening.

Under negative energy may not mean a bad thing because it propels you to realize your truest state of mind and take right actions to correct the undesirable situation. For example, if you feel anger, it can be converted into well being through assertiveness. Anxiety can be converted into confidence by doing courage. Such emotions although not entirely negative can be considered negative when compared with higher emotions of well being and confidence that are more positive.

However, if negative energies are handled immaturely, the results could be highly undesirable as mishandling could lead to depression, denial or avoidance. These true negative states could rob you of even more energies thus leading one to a downward spiral in life.

One the other hand, good thoughts attract good situations in your life. The stronger the thoughts, the stronger the emotions. When you change your thoughts, you change everything positively. The more joyful, happy and “light-hearted” you are, the more powerful will be your attractive powers will be. Joy is a very high emotion in spiritual dimensions.

It is therefore I encourage each and everyone to practise joyous living without prejudices and vengeance towards other fellow humans. We are all equal in spiritual realms, remember.
